Role Overview

As a SAP Intern, you will support the implementation, configuration, and testing of SAP modules used in business operations. You will work alongside experienced SAP consultants and business analysts to understand enterprise workflows and gain practical experience with SAP ERP systems in a real project environment. This is a paid internship designed for students who want hands-on SAP experience within a technology and consulting environment.

SAP Module Support

• Assist in configuration and setup of SAP modules (SD, MM, FI, HR, or others as applicable).
• Support business process mapping and documentation within SAP.
• Participate in SAP data migration and master data management activities.

Testing and Quality Assurance

• Execute unit testing and integration testing for SAP configurations.
• Document test results and assist in resolving identified issues.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.

Business Process Analysis

• Understand and document current business processes and map them to SAP workflows.
• Assist in identifying process gaps and propose system-level improvements.
• Support preparation of functional specifications and process documentation.

Collaboration and Reporting

• Work closely with SAP consultants, functional leads, and business teams.
• Participate in project meetings, sprint reviews, and status updates.
• Maintain clear documentation of configurations and testing activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Tech / BCA / MCA / MBA / B.Com students from relevant disciplines
• Eligible years: 2nd year, 3rd year, and final year
• Interest in enterprise software, ERP systems, and business processes
• Ability to commit 40 hours per week during the internship period

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of ERP concepts and business processes
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace tools
• Ability to understand and follow structured workflows

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Basic exposure to SAP modules (SD, MM, FI, HCM, or any other)
• Familiarity with SAP GUI or SAP Fiori
• Understanding of business process flows in finance, supply chain, or HR
• Knowledge of SQL or data management basics
